Supply, service and maintain camp
- Supply 4 x 500VA generator sets to power site camp
- As load increases more generators start, synchronised to the bus, take equal load to the other gensets online
- 1x Main site switchboard fit out and connection to camp
- 1x 70,000L Fuel Tank full automated to fill each genset on demand,
- Each Genset fitted with own refuelling pump
Devil Creek
Scope of Supply - Onshore gas process plant construction
- Supply 2 x 315VA generator sets to power site construction camp and messing Stand-by and duty genset
- Fully automatic power management, auto load take over on fault conditions, cycle duty and stand-by sets on run hours
- Connect to site switchboard consisting of 2 incoming switches and one out going feeder
- All maintenance and service by New Generation Power Systems
Roy Hill Rail Campus
Maintenance, Service and Repairs
Provide maintenance, repairs, breakdown service and overall management of 4 x 1.2mVA accommodation village power stations. All four of the stations were designed and constructed by New Generation Power Systems. They were built in kit form at our workshop in Wangara then transported to site and assembled. The kit form concept saved considerable construction hours on site, from leaving our premises the stations were installed and commissioned inside of 1 week. Being in kit form made it simple to test and commission at our premises. This also saved considerable time on site as mostly all debugging of the system was done before dispatch and it allowed our customer to witness the station in full operating mode at our premises. The stations were also designed to allow for future expansion up to 1.6mVA
- 3 x 400kVA packed generator sets at each station.
- Switchboard featuring 4 x incoming switches, two feeder breakers, small power distribution for station power and light, 20,000 litre fuel tank reticulated out to each generator set, auto fuel fill system
- All cabling and cable ladders etc.
Remote Mine Site
Site Expansion
- Supply 2 x 185kVA generator sets to power site workshop and administration block. Stand-by and duty genset.
- Fully automatic power management, auto load take over on fault conditions, cycle duty and stand-by sets on run hours
- Connect to site switchboard consisting of 2 incoming switches and three outgoing feeders.
- Connect to bulk fuel supply
- All maintenance and service supplied by New Generation Power Systems
